I should have tried it right away but I don't have the stock rom in case something goes wrong.

As I told you, the same recovery should work for both variants but you're to cautious to try it (which I understand). Unless you get the SP Flash tool readback right then there's little that can be done in your case

Alright then

Let me have the recovery other the other gionee A1 variant. It's not like I'm getting any where with read back.

Please, how do I get the A1 recovery that has been made

It's not compatible. I've tried it and I regretted I did cos I was thereafter forced to download the stock rom. I went through hell.

I told you not to use gionee m6 mirror recovery. They are far from being the same. There's already a recovery for A1 but it's for the 64Gb variant of it. Mine has 32gb.

What variant is your A1 and what region

And also, did you boot the recovery using advanced or you flashed it using Adb

Please, the recovery, is it for the second variant of Gionee A1, if yes, I'm ready to try it.

And also, if I boot the recovery using Adb rather than flash it on Adb, assuming it doesn't March, will there be problem of bricking

Boot via advanced, don't flash it via Adb. That way, you will keep your stock recovery after rooting.

Secondly, how did you get your stock rom when you bricked your phone with the M6 mirror. Share the link if possible

Please throw more light on "boot via advance", I don't seem to get it. https://androidmtk.com/download-gionee-stock-rom-models, is where I downloaded the stock rom from.
Now, my phone is sending sms at will deducting my account balance like hell. I'm confused since I'm not rooted.
