And my full specifications is the same with your A1

The only difference is the memory alone and that's all

However, here's a little specification of it

Screen: 5.5-inch (1920*1080)
Memory: 4GB RAM, 32GB ROM (Supports 256GB Micro SD Card)
CPU: 2.0GHz Octa-core
Operating System: Android Nougat 7.0/Amigo 4.0
Camera: 16MP Rear, 13MP Front
Battery: 4010mAh
SIM: Dual
Connectivity: Wifi, Bluetooth
Network: 3G/4G/VoLTE

Have you rooted? expecting a screenshot of root verification

I haven't rooted since the recovery was made for Gionee A1 with 64gb rather than 32Gb

Please, would a difference in memory affect me badly if I boot the recovery.

The difference between the two gionee A1 is that one is 32gb and the other is 64gb.notbing else differentiates them

Make sure USB debugging is turned on

Then try connecting again and check the prompt that shows up allowing the computer to connect with device permanently I believe, that's how the prompt goes

But that wasn't the version of SuperSU you were asked to use at the root guide, its too old and not systemless.
Fix null IMEI using non root methods @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-116.html
let me know once fixed
