Unable backup/dump stock rom in gionee a1

But that wasn't the version of SuperSU you were asked to use at the root guide, its too old and not systemless.
Fix null IMEI using non root methods @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-116.html

sorry its not 2.26 its 2.76 after boot to recovery what you are uploaded system not mounted and also after manually mounted it won`t show i was ported elephone p9000 twrp to my gionee a1 after booting its asking to enter password and next i tried to fix imei with all the procedures from above link non of them was worked

Maui META method  will work i think but 15 digit imei not supported

What errors are the IMEI tools giving?
Also what command did you use to flash the Philz reovery in fastboot?

i didn`t took screenshots anyway i got it from service center i don't know how they restored i got it 
now we should try to get backup first help me with that
