Read back not working also, I have tried severally on different laptops and different USB cables. I keep getting USB not connected notification on my laptops. However, if I try doing read back on a different phone, it works smoothly

May be problem with drivers try to reinstall

I tried reinstalling the drivers and still no progress

I went further as to use a different laptop, installed necessary drivers in it and still nothing. Please, any other way since sp flash tool not working

Can I have the twrp recovery you used to root your gionee A1 please. That is, if you have successfully rooted. This is my last bet. Can't keep using my phone without root

It seems there's no compatible recovery for Gionee A1 for now.

sorry guys for keeping wait i was busy in exams now i`m uploading my ported twrp, please do what i given instructions other wise your phone will stuck in boot logo after your flashed stock rom also no use you won`t get your IMEI,WIFI mac address until repair from gionee service center so let`s kick some ????
step 1
unlocking
connect your device with adb search in this thread unlocking gionee m6 like that way unlock it
step 2
boot twrp
after complete unlock your phone will be factory rest don't inter-apt these to after complete switch off your phone hold volume up and power button until logo after release them wait for to load into official recovery after select boot to bootloader using volume buttons press power button to select it will go to bootloader like black screen with display of bootloader text now connect your mobile open adb command prompt execute command " fastboot devices" enter it will shows device with numbers and next execute this command to boot not flash remember "fastboot boot TWRP_3.1 mod by $[email protected]!tu$.img" enter it will boot directly it will ask password don't type anything just cancel it.
step 3
rooting
copy latest susuper user binary update download by searching in google after place that zip into external memory use sdcard remember now insert sdcard select storage in twrp as sdcard flash su update.zip restart thats it your device rooted

i think this recovery will work both 64 gb and 32 gb without bugs but i`m not sure try your self good luck.
