The want off by it self and I tried every possible way to reload it and it wont come up.

I downloaded the 2 variant of stock at Hovatek but it show me error.
I also use different flash tools and it not work.

The error are as follows :

What's wrong with the phone and how did it start?
Also Download the other 2 ROMs and try them. (remove battery and put back before connecting the phone)

The phone just developed the problem recently when I plugged on charging sometimes it will go hot and if Im making call sometime it also get hot and shot down by itself and it will be operating it by itself.

Just yesterday it get off just like that and it refuse to come up..

How many Tecno Y4 ROM did you download and how many have you tried flashing?
Also, do you have the phone's Build no. Check https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html for how to get Build no.

It's Tecno y6 not y4.
I downloaded 2 different types of rom at Hovatek the phone is not more power on

This is the error I encountered while trying to readinfo or backup as well.

Sorry for the mistake i made above.
Take out battery and put it back before flashing.
For Miracle Disable antivirus protection or windows defender protection.

The two firmware aren't for your Build.
Lets hope its not a problem with your emmc chip or a clone
Try to find out the Build Number using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html
