lets run a few tests.
1. Does your phone still boot up normally while a custom recovery is installed (without having flashed supersu)?
2. Have you tried flashing supersu from external sd card instead of phone storage?
(30-05-2017, 07:00 PM)okutue 1. Yes it boots up perfectly fine... Still have TWRP recovery on it and phone working well
2. I have flashed from both internal and external storage

I encountered something like this a while ago but not certain if its exactly the same scenario.
2 tests:
1. Try flashing SuperSU v2.46 @ https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B9srKhKuV...t=download
2. Try flashing busybox flashable zip alongside the systemless supersu (like v2.78)
(31-05-2017, 03:16 PM)okutue So I have tried both processes you listed still no success
1. This still leaves the phone stuck at boot animation
2. This leaves the phone stuck at boot loop
