its your kernel. Will require a specific type of custom recovery to get it upright.
You should be able to manage its upside down state to at least flash supersu not so?

I have figured out the problem my device has flipped framebuffer so the following flags should be added on BoardConfig.mk BOARD_HAS_FLIPPED_SCREEN := true

Problem is i dont know how to compile twrp from source.

Yes, that's the problem.
You would also need to get the source code for your device

You're right. After the tedious process I finally managed to make it upright. The culprit was definitely the BoardConfig.mk. After setting a device tree and changing the appropriate parameters for my phone I finally compiled a twrp from source for this device. Maybe I should upload it here so that if ever someone needs it with the same build as mine it would not be hard for them to flash a custom recovery.

I really appreciate your time and effort answering my queries and for the useful insights. I just bumped in this website while googling for my problem and immediately I signed up for an account.

Again, thank you so much.God bless and more power to this website. Cheers!
