Unless you have a custom recovery backup previously made, flashing TWRP won't change your situation.
You'll need the firmware and how you'll flash it depends on its format / contents

No problem about the stock rom. The problem now is that I can't install qualcomm drivers in my pc

Yes. I install what need to be install. But unfortunately, qualcomm driver didn't showed as installed in Device Manager
