[Please help] Techno 8D won't boot

In the beginning it usually gets to the techno logo and just freeze there but now it won't even show the charging sign before restarting itself cos the device won't even take in charge at all.

It won't take charge. It just keeps restarting, I plug it for a whole day

Its a drained battery and just needs to be boosted.
