Hello!

So recently i got my phone locked (encrypted) and i don't know why because it happened over night without me knowing it and now it asks me for a screen lock password but it does not matter what password i put in, it shows that the files are corrupted and needs a factory reset which i can not do because it always just restarts and gets back to that encryption screen.
I can not even enter recovery mode because it just boots up then and shows a message "Settings has stopped working" and all i can do is to restart it again.

So i tried different tutorials, like flashing with custom recovery but it tells me that there is a signature fail.

When i type in fastboot devices - it shows the device, but when adb devices - no devices found.

What are the options?

Hello and thank you for your response!

This is the screen i am getting when i am turning on my phone.

When i am in HBOOT i am selecting recovery option with power button but it just restarts as normal and does not boot in a recovery mode.

I am not pressing any combination, just selecting Recovery option.
Do i need to press any extra combo ?
I am just pressing power button + volume down to get in fastboot.

I just tried  but remote not allowed so i assume that it is because i can not turn on usb debugging on my phone and i can not pass the screen to turn it on :/

Update

after few attempts i got the recovery screen and deleted everything i could but now it is not booting up and always stucks on white HTC screeen powered by android.

+ on the recovery screen it is showing something about an invalid argument everytime iam trying to format

You may not be able to perform fastboot erase userdata command because your bootloader is probably LOCKED

If you have difficult entering recovery

Download the Rom Update Utility (RUU) , using your device name specifically name at hboot to download RUU.

You may download RUU higher or equal to current Rom version

If android 6.0-7xx, prepare to verify FRP lock thereafter...

I can enter recovery screen now but i can not format it. It throws an error something about failure and can not load some kind of zip file when i am trying to format it in my recovery screen.
Could it be that my OS is broken?
If so, then how to install it from this point?
I dont have SD card, just internal memory.

The problem is either from the Philz recovery you're using or your /system.
Have you tried flashing the RUU as @droidmobitech suggested?
