[Please help] Infinix x506 screen not responding

#1

hi, I got the phone and later discovered that the battery was being affected by the charger I used so I tried the removing of the infinix x506 battery and now the
screen completely unresponsive not even those three buttons down there are working, probably i did something wrong don't know.
It was upgraded to lollipop could that be the problem but I was actually able to navigate through the phone before the incident.
Also when I try to powering it off forcefully since the screen isn't responding, it just reboots. it was a used
phone. What can be done? Waiting ur hastened response please. Tanx

Did the screen stop responding after you disassembled then reassembled the phone (removing the battery) or after upgrading to Lollipop?

You must have missed something.
Take the phone to a technician
