(27-05-2017, 01:41 PM)majkelos Hi Guys,
I have a bit of a problem with my phone.
I was trying to install new ROM, and it got bricked unfortunately.
All i get is the red light once I connect it to the PC or Charger. Won't respond to power button, or any such combination.
I tried to unbrick it...
1. Installed the USB drivers
http://imgur.com/a/aJUaD
2. Get the SP Flash Tool
3. Got the stock roms
the problem is that the phone is not recognised. So the flasing never happens.
I also tried to do this under Linux, but again, flashing never happened.
Code:[ 2184.973378] usb 1-1: new full-speed USB device number 45 using xhci_hcd
[ 2185.141484] usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71

[ 2187.381369] usb 1-1: device not accepting address 48, error -71
[ 2187.381401] usb usb1-port1: unable to enumerate USB device
The error is same for every USB port in the computer.
I've run out of ideas. maybe you have something for me
Cheers
(27-05-2017, 06:56 PM)hovatek was flashing of the ROM that bricked the phone successful or it got interrupted by an error?
(28-05-2017, 02:50 AM)majkelos Hi,
Looking from retrospect.
1. I was in the Soft Brick Mode, when phone was just booting into TWRP
- this happened after I installed new TWRP
2. Then I tried to update the ROM through TWRP (newly installed)
- the process seems finished, as it was doing its thing and restart the phone
- after the restart it's hard bricked
3.After that I was pretty much doing what I described above
Cheers

So a ROM flashed in TWRP caused this.
Have you tried:
1. Taking out and reinserting the battery
2. Holding the volume increase , decrease or power button then connecting to PC
(28-05-2017, 11:51 PM)majkelos Hi,
1. No I didn't I would need to take the phone apart. which I will try doing tomorrow.
2. Yes I tried any combination. (vol up, vol down, power, vol up + power ..Etc, all of them)
Once connected to windows, there is a connection sound but the phone is not recognized.

Maybe the battery is drained.
Try taking it out
(30-05-2017, 03:31 AM)majkelos Hi,
I disassembled the phone and disconnected the battery.
There was a improvement. Now windows would recognise the device. But it will continue connecting and disconnecting the device all the time
and First there will be "MediaTek Pre-Lauchner" ...disconnect ... Connect as "VCOM USB Port".
I tried to update the drivers or pressing UP, DOWN or Power Button.
No on your forum you guys are saying there is option to fix it with short connecting some of the pins on the motherboard.
Unfortunately I'm not sure which pins would be safe to bridge. I'm also not sure here is GND - there are no labels. How can I try this out?

Joining any gold points is only ideal when the phone shows no sign of life.
Now that the battery has been removed and reinserted, connect to PC without holding any buttons, is the connection-disconnection sound continuous or just once?
(30-05-2017, 10:39 AM)majkelos It is continous,
- conected as Media Tek Pre-Lanucher (1-2sec)
- 2-3 sec nothing
- conected as VCOM USM (2sec_
- 2-3 sec nothing
- and so on and so on
