[Please help] IPHONE 4S UPGRADE USING ITUNES

For iMyphone d-back you'll need to run a google search for that.

Also since you said the phone boots up, then long press power button to force shutdown then hold home button and connect usb cable it'll take you to DFU mode and Restore, don't mind about find my iPhone if you are restoring, only when you're updating that you're required to turn find my iPhone off.

please how do i know its in DFU mode?? is there any special picture for it other than this itunes nd usb cable image am seeing here??

i put it in the DFU mode and tried restoring, it still gave me the same error like it did when i tried to update. what do i do?

Attach screenshot of the error.

Also find anybody nearby that is using macbook and try restoring with it. It happened with me with one iPhone 5s, refuse to restore on windows but does on macbook.

thats the screenshot..

i wanted to ask, the way the phone is behaving is it possible that it is in icloud lock mode?? because before this happened, the phone was locked(but i know the code) and find my iphone feature was turned on.

You can only off find my iphone when you want to Update not in Restoring.
BTW, try restoring on Macbook PC if the error still persist. Hope you're using the latest version of iTunes.

i have successsully restores/upgradedit but bow its in icloud activation mode and the former owner of the phpne cannot be reached anymore, is there any way i can remove/bypass the icloud lock?

Not really for now, you'll need to contact the original owner for the e-mail and password.
