I take it you wish to root.
State the chipset, Build Number & Android version
Also, do you have the firmware?

Build number CX-H501D1-N-170405V107
Running Android 7.0 nougat
I can backup the firmware using miracle box later

Upload the scatter file and recovery.bin once the backup is completed

I can't backup using Miracle box
The phone automatically reboots, how do i fix this

Download the scatter file for your device [email protected]https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-12724.html
Using the guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-526.html , dump recovery.img and boot.img one at a time.
Skip the MTK droid tools part, since you already have a scatter.
Obtain the values you need for the dump of each partition from the scatter file
physical_start_addr = Start
partition_size = Length

you can also search online if the firmware for your build is available somewhere.

You provided no scatter file so I need to be sure that the Bootloader has / can be unlocked to map out a rooting technique
