Pleaae i need tecno l9 plus backup

after a wipe, apps on my Tecno l9 plus keep closing and won't start up. I never got to do a backup. please help

How was the wipe done?

Through the philz recovery, I tapped on the factory reset in the format section

Which apps are crashing and are you posting with the L9 Plus?

Yes, I'm posting with the phone. The Hovatek app seems to be working fine. My play store, google services even the phone's SMS app keeps force closing

Signout of your Google Account under Settings > Accounts then sign in again
