yes  i got error at cache in both files.

yes i was be able boot into recovery before this by pressing vol down +power button..

The only other firmware I found is password protected.
Try flashing with Miracle Box @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-17228.html

no there is no custom recovery for my device..
