My customers Camon Cx was lagging a lot.. so I did a full backup using CM2, after the backup I did a reset using CM2 now the phone has refused to on.. I flashed back the backup using sp flash tool, the phone still did not on, I now told the guy to take the phone to tecno carlcare... What might be the course? Camon Cx is running Android 7.0

Was the flashing successful, interrupted by you or an error?

But I noticed something in this Android 7.0, after you reset any phone running Android 7.0 using CM2 it hangs at boot logo...

Same thing happened in one Gionee running Android 7.0

If after flashing phone stuck on boot logo then try wiping in recovery, using vol up + power key.
