I've been unable to turn on hot spot, Bluetooth and even with to connect to available hot spot on my infinix hot note 2

Check if you are having issue using FM radio too

It is so backup important stuff
You could however first try clearing WiFi and Bluetooth data & cache under Settings > Apps
