lets go back to the BROM ERROR: S_DA_SDMMC_ WRITE FAILED (3149). Try the fixes recommended @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-439.html

I have tried those threads, but it's not working.
please i have a question, please how do i unmount /cache permanently? when in cwm recovery, under mount and storage, options are
mount /data
mount /system
unmount /cache
mount /emmc
Mount /sdcard
Mount /sd-ext
format /data
et al, each time I select unmount /cache and it shows mount /cache, when I come back it'll still show unmount /cache, please how do I make Mount/cache permanent bcoz I think that's why it always show E: can't open /cache/recovery/last_log, thanks

you'll need to focu on formatting the phone then.you could still try formatting cache in fastboot

Code:
fastboot devices
fastboot format cache
