As directed, I flashed TWRP three times (successively). Unfortunately the TWRP Recovery still couldn't stand beyond one reboot. As for the supersu installation, please check the attached for errors encountered.

Its quite normal for stock recovery to replace custom recovery till you edit the recovery-from-boot.p file
That's a mount error in your screenshot. Are you able to backup using the TWRP?

Those attached files are for:
Backup and Supersu installation. The both had errors. But, is CWM not possible for itel A51? Don't you think the result could be different with CWM Recovery?? I await yours.

The instructions require a rooted phone. Mine is not rootable yet. Is there any option for me?

The zip file you were sent was a custom recovery, not a flashable zip.
You are supposed to extract it and flash the recovery via fastboot.
BTW, from one of your screenshots above, I see that supersu was successfully installed. Have you tried running root checker?

I must appreciate you for your efforts at resolving my issue. I am sincerely very sorry for the wrong steps - I should have known that!
I will do the right thing and report back to you. As for a successful rooting, that's yet to be. Please await further results From my side.
