There seems to be a problem with your /data & cache.
Flash back your stock recovery then try doing a factory reset in recovery mode.

Hello Sir,
I did a hard reset via stock-recovery mode. Then flashed the TWRP-Recovery. Attached are shots of my supersu installation.

BTW, the TWRP Customs Recovery still boots only once after being flashed and no Recovery is available on next boot to recovery attempt, until re-flashed again.

Finally, I was able to get my itel A51 rooted. I'm sincerely very grateful for your pains in seeing me through all these. I truly can't thank you enough. May God bless you and Hovatek immensely.
