[Please help] huawei y336-u02 phone problems

#1

Please my phone(Y336-U02V100R001C328B109) was flashed because of virus infection. When it powers on now, it always stops at a point and says "Type password to decrypt storage".

It does the same thing even after "wipe data/factory reset" via system recovery.

I have downloaded update packages so that I can update from external storage via  system recovery but it always give errors like

"can't install this package(wed aug 2015) over newer build oct 2015" or "status 7"

Please I need your help.

if factory reset doesnt help, then you'll need to flash the firmware.

Hope you're holding only Volume down button when connecting and not releasing it immediately after detection .
If yes then you should try another pac file
