really need your help. after install usb driver i stuck at connect mifi (battery remove) with note "sendpreamble failed in gettdeviceboot type".

Thanks a lot guys.

Regards,
MRD

First check the drivers

1. Two drivers are installed
A. Wtptp driver
B. Marvell AT interface (LTE Generic Drivers manually)

Check to be sure if both are properly installed....I referred users to watch L02B steps to install drivers

2. Change USB port and test modem drivers before proceeding on operation as described in L02B guide
Thanks for your quick answer. I always open page for L02B and L02C and follow the details for first and second step in L02B. I attached after install 2 things, the different only my modem recognized at COM11 not COM 13(i attached the pic for the details)

Port number isn't a problem

Power on mifi and connect to pc with cable and under universal serial bus controllers check for Marvel Diag devices

If found you are now ready to proceed without error

It shall work

For some devices login and do the following

1. In Internet tab, until auto apn configuration

2. For wireless to work , Hide Network SSID

We are still working on these problems after open line
