I believe you've downloaded the firmware.
See the video at the Sp Flash tool guide (provided above)
You're to untick all other boxes except recovery, boot and system then flash.

Ok thanks. I have done this but my device is still not coming on. Does don't boot beyond the Tecno screen powered by Android.
