OK then what about for Oreo update for TECNO CX AIR? Today I updated my phone to build V163 with April 5 security patch but finally I haven't got any update for my phone it says "Your system is up to date".

first question should be refer to tecno the OEM of your phone
and secondly, you might want to consider other possibilities such as that firmware maybe for a different variant or maybe even a clone phone
