(06-09-2017, 05:55 AM)JuneX05 Here is what i did.
I executed the command you gave
flashed super su and backed up everything in sdcard.
I really do not know why this is happenning but am frustrated already.
The phone doesnot boot to system right now but it boots to recovery and also it charges.. what is the problem with the philz?
did it corrupt the boot
(06-09-2017, 11:45 AM)hovatek Its not Philz. You would likely get the same with other recoveries.
If it can still boot into stock recovery then get it to Bootloader and relock the bootloader as explained @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15863.html

For your chip, you'll need a chinese box like CM2 MTK. Although you could dump your partitions using adb, the scatter file would be the next and main challenge for you.
boot -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p7
cache -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p21
expdb -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p10
flashinfo -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p23
frp -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p17
keystore -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p14
lk -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p5
logo -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p9
metadata -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p19
nvdata -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p18
nvram -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p2
oemkeystore -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p12
para -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p6
proinfo -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p1
protect1 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p3
protect2 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p4
recovery -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p8
seccfg -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p11
secro -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p13
system -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p20
tee1 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p15
tee2 -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p16
userdata -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p22
(11-09-2017, 11:35 AM)JuneX05 ok then i have the following information
Code:...
userdata -> /dev/block/mmcblk0p22
how can this help me?
and can i know the file formats of the above i only know the cache, system and the userdata are in the .img format when dumped. what about the others?
- partition_index: SYS0
partition_name: preloader
file_name: preloader.bin
is_download: true
type: SV5_BL_BIN

as far as full SP flash tool backup is concerned, only a box would get you that (surely we have mentioned that)
reason been that you'll encounter errors trying to dump preloader, and only a box will give you a scatter file after dumping
for the file formats for the various partitions you listed above, download the scatter file that matches your chipset @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12724.html
edit the scatter file using notepad++ , you should see something like this below ("file name" also gives the file format)
Code:- partition_index: SYS0
partition_name: preloader
file_name: preloader.bin
is_download: true
type: SV5_BL_BIN
linear_start_addr: 0x0
physical_start_addr: 0x0
partition_size: 0x40000
region: EMMC_BOOT_1
storage: HW_STORAGE_EMMC
boundary_check: true
is_reserved: false
operation_type: BOOTLOADERS
reserve: 0x00
