[Please help] Tecno W2 Storage problem

#1

Please I need help in saving Applications datas on SD Card as default. Ive set the normal under settings /storage but all datas still save on phone memory. The main problem is my ucbrowser, I can't change default download location to sd card, its stocked to phone memory and its full. Even if I try updating apps from playstore, it always say insufficient storage. Please help

For uc browser when you click download on the bottom u c something like storage path now u can click on it and u will be prompted to choose either sd card or phone storage

Now for the app to sd u can either individually move them or use any app to sd application...remember to root yo phone..

For the ucbrowser, that is not working. For moving with apps, I've tried different apps buh they ain't working and I'm rooted

ensure you properly installed an SD card on your phone.
For UCbrowser, change the default download path to SD card
UCbrowser > settings > download settings > default path

for apps, did you try using link2sd?

My sdcard is properly installed, ucbrowser does not see the sd card, I tried link2sd but it says apps can't move cos the phone has a primary external storage as default etc

That Previous folder cannot be used due to Android Policy still saves to SD card.
You'll need to edit the platform.xml file and give permissions for external storage

Install a root explorer then navigate to
Etc > Permission > Platform.xml

Copy the Platform.xml file to your SD card or phone storage then attach it here
