[Please help] My Infinix Hot Note X551 won't start

#1

Hello Admin,
Please I need help with my Infinix Hot note X551. I was trying to flash the phone using the sp flash tool, but it was not responding, so I tried to run Memory test using the same flash tool, and just when it was about to start, an error message pop up saying it failed probably due to phone powering up early. Now the [hone has gone into comma. please help me out with a solution.

That's due to an interruption. refer to https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-808.html

This is the third day since my phone refused to power up after an interruption during flashing, and I have been charging since then, but nothing has changed. Please is there another way around this?

the only alternative is to take out /reinsert the battery.
in your case, it means you'll have to carefully dismantle the device; see https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-7338.html for how to
OR take your device to someone with more experience
