Please how do I move my apps and data to SDcard on TECNO L8 Plus. My phone memory is running low and when I change the default write to SDcard doesn't to seem to have any effect it still makes use of my phone memory

Moving apps to SD card feature isn't available on devices running lollipop, you will need root access to do that with Link2SD app.
