(25-08-2017, 09:55 AM)gougoudinho Hello
Sorry for the delay of my answer....
The issue is that after following all the instructions I still have the same error.Immediatly I plug the device ,it shows the error without even asking me what I want to write.
That's the main issue so I can't even tick or untick something...
What can I really do?I know that there is a way out....

I discover anotner thing.When I am connecting my device to my computer with the battery,it shows me unknown device...And when I do it without it gives me mtk....
Some screenshots to illustrate that....
Thanks once more

download vcom drivers {skip if you already have it}
while the battery is connected, update the unknown device to "vcom preloader" using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16839.html
then retry flashing

you can also try doing the same without battery if with battery fails

Retry. This is sometimes a USB connection issue, try another cord, port and PC.
If this persists then you might have to force detection by joining motherboard points.
A closer look at your screenshot @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/attachment.php?aid=3918
what file format are recovery and boot please?
