If cache and userdata are the reason why you need a full rom then don't give yourself a headache because those two partitions are optional and easily sorted by a factory reset. You can always grab userdata and cache from other full roms above but we won't waste data uploading userdata and cache as individual files.

No, it's best you flash the firmware for your phone's exact build no.
