[Please help] Can't Update Huawei Mediapad 10 Link+ (S10-231L)

Yes I had installed this. When i connect my phone(other devices), put it in fastboot mod and type "fastboot devices", it found a devices. But when i do this with tablet, i receive windows message about unrecognize devices. I cant install adb driver for tablet using ADB DRIVER INSTALLER because my computer cant even see a tablet. Is there any advice for this?

Thanks for help and i hope You can help me to find a solution

Lets take a look at the 'unrecognized' issue.
Launch device manager then connect the tablet while i fastboot.
Does device manager refresh? If yes, what does it get detected as in device manager?

Yes, the device manager is refreshing, and after that new position appear "unknown device". In properties I read that this is the error code 43

When its off and i plug it on, the device is automaticly turning on and reseting all the timer after medapad logo. There is no change on device manager

EDIT:
I checked USB socket and there was something unconnected. I fixed IT and now on device manager i have a ANDROID SOONER SINGLE ADB INTERFACE. When i type fastboot device i recieve '? '

I was just going to ask you to check the phone's USB port
can I see a screenshot of the fastboot command you typed and its outcome.
Mind you, the phone should be i fastboot (not off) when you run this command

Try fastboot reboot
see if the tab reboots
