(25-08-2017, 10:38 AM)freshtyt did you install and setup adb and fastboot?
see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-588.html
(25-08-2017, 09:11 PM)WojciechBachiński Yes I had installed this. When i connect my phone(other devices), put it in fastboot mod and type "fastboot devices", it found a devices. But when i do this with tablet, i receive windows message about unrecognize devices. I cant install adb driver for tablet using ADB DRIVER INSTALLER because my computer cant even see a tablet. Is there any advice for this?
Thanks for help and i hope You can help me to find a solution
(26-08-2017, 12:31 PM)hovatek Lets take a look at the 'unrecognized' issue.
Launch device manager then connect the tablet while i fastboot.
Does device manager refresh? If yes, what does it get detected as in device manager?
(26-08-2017, 05:06 PM)WojciechBachiński Yes, the device manager is refreshing, and after that new position appear "unknown device". In properties I read that this is the error code 43
(26-08-2017, 08:39 PM)hovatek OK.
Can you power off the device?
If Yes, connect to PC while off and let me know what it gets detected as in device manager
(26-08-2017, 10:16 PM)WojciechBachiński When its off and i plug it on, the device is automaticly turning on and reseting all the timer after medapad logo. There is no change on device manager
EDIT:
I checked USB socket and there was something unconnected. I fixed IT and now on device manager i have a ANDROID SOONER SINGLE ADB INTERFACE. When i type fastboot device i recieve '? '
(28-08-2017, 09:08 AM)hovatek I was just going to ask you to check the phone's USB port
can I see a screenshot of the fastboot command you typed and its outcome.
Mind you, the phone should be i fastboot (not off) when you run this command
(28-08-2017, 10:39 AM)WojciechBachiński I add screen to attachment. Devices is in fastboot mode.
(28-08-2017, 09:11 PM)WojciechBachiński Yes it rebooted. What should i do next? Thanks for helping
