(01-09-2017, 03:26 AM)4jean I have flashed and reflashed over five times yet if I try vol+ power in the order it still boots to stock recovery, It seems the twrp is being replaced by stock recovery, not letting me enter twrp. Also tried this https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-10992.html. The sp flash v5, it doesn't flash the twrp sef. Tries two sd cards after formatting them same thing. Seems the bootloader is kind of locked. Even with usb debug & OEM unlocking enabled in developer options. in bootloader I can only find fastboot, no other option like recovery. I did wipe cache partition and retried too but same issue

Does this call for factory reset. I tire for this infinix

Try the technique @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20052.html then

I have unlocked the bootloader, though it erased the entire device after unlocking, using the link you provided I can now boot into philz but gives same mount error, the TWRP doent work, it just shows a black screen then reboots the phone

The mount error was fixed by formatting cache with philz. I then installed supersu 2.7 it failed while installing. I reboot and it just gets stuck at boot. I then installed supersu 2.82 which installed successful but resulted to the phone booting only to philz recovery mode boot loop. Did wipe data and factory reset but same issue

. Or could be we need to try a different version of the philz recovery cause this one at some point says aroma fm not found, bootscript not found, no ors found in clockworkmod/

Also tried to restore only boot from backup but still philz recovery loop. Did wipe dalvik cache and reset too

Tried to flash stock recovery doesn't boot at all

I flash twrp with miracle box it tries to boot but stuck at XOS logo

Im currently posting with another phone now

Flash back your entire backup using Miracle Box. I'll port another custom recovery

It wont because system.bin is not marked as flashable in the first scatter file.
You'll need to modify the first scatter file using the second scatter file obtained when backing up system.bin as reference
Do a full dump now, you were supposed to have done a full dump from the very beginning
waiting..
