I have a hp 245 G5 Laptop which I recently purchased am very please with it except for charging.

I have it plugged in and the display for the battery on the Windows 7/8.1/10 task bar states that it's... '94% available (plugged in, not charging)'.

The battery charge doesn't go beyond 94% so what's wrong?I have already changed the charger but still facing same issue.
>Please look the attachment for clearly look the issue.

if you have already tried using a second charger, then it leaves the battery
battery is getting weaker if it isnt already, for now it might be managable BUT pretty soon you'll need to replace it

Take out the battery and disconnect the PC from power.
Press the power button for 30 seconds then reconnect the battery and power

a few questions, it seems you have a second PC (i.e where you got the second battery from)
test the two batteries on the second PC and observe what happens

also download and install battery care @ http://batterycare.net/en/download.php
launch it > click on detailed information
whats the "wear level" ?
