Multiple crash of gapps and sudden reboot after that stuck on logo . and i use spft to flash lenovo a328 firmware that i use before this is not the first time that i got stuck on logo so i thought its going to work because it works before.

Now its not charging, not booting, total black screen

Did you do a factory reset after flashing the firmware?

If flashing was successful then it might be two different issue either the firmware you've flashed isn't compatible or the phone battery is totally drained.

Try charging the battery with an original charger for a while and see the outcome.
