Locking the Bootloader while you still had TWRP caused the Bootloop, you shouldn't have done that.

this ?  i think it was this one because the other update.app that the size over 1000kb cant be copy to SD when i tried to use them .  this one is the only one

This is HiSilicon chip. You'll need either a box or to somehow find your way into fastboot to resolve this.
What button combo are you using to try booting into Fastboot

Power off the phone > Hold Volume down button > Connect to Power via USB cord while still holding the Volume down button
see if it enters Fastboot

it doesnt work , i tried fastboot , recovery or force update,none. i think i need a box. but dont know which one. now i am asking and looking at system repair shop , if they could. thank you very much maxxxiii . i apreciated all your help.
