How did it start?
Check if you have a valid baseband and IMEI.
check baseband in settings>about>baseband?
IMEI dial *#06#

You'll need the NVRAM - Secro backup from a working phone.
Can you get access to a working X509?
Also, what's your phone's Build Number?

First, dump your phone's firmware in scatter format using Miracle Box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html incase something goes wrong.
Next, download the firmware closest to your Build @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20027.html then flash it
If the issue persists then use the db files to rewrite IMEI using SN Writer @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12306.html

Thanks for replying. But the problem is I don't have a pc.
What if I root my phone and then flash a custom rom. Will that do?

custom rom won't fix it.

about flashing nvram through custom recovery, only if you made an nvram backup of another x509 using the custom recovery, then you flash flash it to yours using custom recovery
