Flashing was done using Research download tool after unzipping the firmware using 7zip. Ensure to hold volume down button throughout the flashing process because there could be frequent connections and disconnections. Driver installation is also important else no spreadtrum flash software will be able to read the phone let alone flash to it

I also suggest you try to backup your phone's firmware before flashing because this model is old and its almost impossible to find anybody still using it. It possibly also has many variants because some pac files give touch problems after flashing due to the pac file not being a perfect fit for the device

Kingroot should work but if it doesn't then download the pac file, extract the content , patch the boot.img with magisk then flash the boot.img using fastboot
