Hot 2 is cool device why are you disturbing it?
If you find it difficult flashing it just get the twrp custom recovery (XDA site or twrp site is available) and flash with infinix flash tool after that hot 2 has so many custom rom flash zip file and think of custom rom.

That screenshot you sent is blurred and provides very little information

Here are the pictures and the error I do receive in SP flash tool and Infinix Flash tool. I receive the same error in Infinix flash tool also

What I'm even thinking is maybe I should disconnect the power button from the panel and reflash, probably that's where the problem is or what do you think?

That error means something is blocking SP flash tool from being able to read / write to the phone. Might also be of hardware origin at the phone's end
Try the power button thing and lets see how that goes

ive tried it still d same but I noticed something.
whenever I plug the phone, it takes like 30-40 seconds before the SP flash tool reads it andbring d error
