Hello team Hovatek. My brother tried to remove bloatware on his phone Gionee f103. And mistakenly he deleted the phone launcher after rooting the phone. So the phone was no longer responsive and always bringing system closed. So I tried to to resolve the issue by flashing the phone after flashing the phone came back to life. Everything was working perfectly except for the imei which is unknown and baseband is missing I guess or perhaps unknown too. WiFi, Bluetooth others work normally. I tried using SN write tool. But SN writetool always write fail. At first i thought it was driver issues with SN write tool, but after it get connected I'm always stuck at the meta MD init modem point and after that the thing will write fail. I tried using maui meta 3g, but maui is not even detecting the the phone at all. I've tried mtk engineering too, but always saying command fail. Please how do I solve this issue? I've attached the screenshot if the error I get from SN write tool. [Image: 4c7ee4f67d6cfdbf7b412ad6e031ae4a.jpg][Image: 02bd40248a353152516c9c4d247e13d4.jpg]

If you were using the phone's stock rom to flash it, everything should be working perfectly. Did you wipe data & cache partitions after the flashing?

verify the baseband properly. check settings > about > baseband OR use mobile uncle tools apk to check the baseband
and also try factory resetting the device in recovery mode

I have finally solve the issue. It happens that the phone was cloned. So I had to look for the Chinese firmware that came with the phone. So the issue has been solved. Thanks for everyone's contribution. I really appreciate.

This is the link for the firmware used. It's Chinese but can be translated to English using Chrome browser. http://m.romzj.com/list/gionee_f103l.htm
