infinix X401 ROM

Yes, that seems to be the only option left for me, but the problem is that i don't have the ROM, there's also nobody that uses the same x401 around me. Please help me with the upload

You dont need the stock ROM. just setup fastboot on the PC using this guide @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-588.html or you can download AIO Flasher
let me know once you have fastboot setup on your PC

i have AIO Flasher, but i think the phone doesnt have fastboot coz i've tried different key confinations to boot it to fasboot mode but it will just start up normally. i do open device manager down whenever i want to try the fastboot mode so as to know if i have a success. Summarily NO DEBUG AND NO FASTBOOT..... Huh Am so frustrated, help me pls

No, i've tried it several times but it'll just boot straight to the gmail forgotten pattern screen.
I wish there's an app that can erase userdata through preloader before powering the phone on

this shouldnt be so difficult to fix. do you get the pattern screen or the login with gmail screen (after too many attemts)?
