Lol my bad I'm dumb I had it enabled but then I had to wipe it so I will enable it and try again

I tried it again with USB debugging enabled. When I connected, it showed a bunch of numbers and then offline next to it. I think it detected my device.

Offline means you didn't grant ADB permission when prompted on the device

the USB debugging prompt should appear on your phone once you run the adb cmd; also ensure your phone isn't screen locked during the process else you wont get notified of the prompt

It turns out that I have a fully functional Windows system running through a virtual machine on my mac. I can now do anything we need to do using windows. Let me know what I can do now that I have windows.
