The phone just charge while I connect to pc but the pc detected that a device was plugged in

Try it on a pc running windows 7.

This is what worked for me, had to ditch Win10 and install Win7, not Miracle Box working and I was able to make a full backup.

Which one did you use

Just use mtk droid tools do backup your stock rom,

if the backup was completed successfully, then you can flash the backup onto your own hot S using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html

There problem is the installation of correct drivers(it always displays error 10 which is normal according to the tutorial)

The drivers are correctly installed but still it just charges each time I connect to the PC (yet to test on Windows 7 though, I haven't seen one yet)

Can't I use vmwares as a virtual Machine running Windows 7 as an OS to do it?

You can do it on Virtual Machine, it works on it.

I finally saw a PC with windows 7

Installed the drivers(displayed d code 10 error as expected) but sp flash tool isn't flashing phone
