Hello,

I have a ZTE N958ST. Its display is blank but the P can detect it and when I power it on, it vibrates and shows me its memories though I can't use them before the screen is unlocked. Also it has a blue LED that blinks when on a charge. Thank you for the ideas.

How did this start?

Hi. The owner told me he just saw a strange message in his phone asking him to power it off. Since then the display is blank

Would've been nice to know the error message.
From the specs, I believe this is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 8916 device.
Can the device enter Recovery mode? If yes then maybe the rom @ https://www.needrom.com/download/zte-n958st-v5-max/ would help

You are right. It would be so helpful but the owner isn't into technology apparently. Thanks for sharing the link to the rom. Unfortunately the phone is not showing me the recovery mode menu. I hear the vibrations but nothing on the screen. The screen light is not showing up either

Another approach would be to flash using QFIL but finding the QFIL format firmware for this model is where the challenge lies

Factory Test Mode . Some flashers support that mode but then we've not been able to find an alternative frmware
