I had down load the aosp rom from hovatek and flashed it like a few times but it won't power at all

Please the battery might have drain down so please just put it to charge....It can take several hours to come up .

It is not hard bricked.
I also had an error when using spflashtools. Phone was dead.
I've read on the forum - just connect phone to the charger. And let it charging untill comes back on.
I've done that in the evening, and in the morning phone had the notif led lit green.

Don't power it on. Connect it to spflash, and write an official or an working custom rom.
Enter in recovery wipe cache, factory reset and reboot.

Please did the flashing you did earlier, was it successfully..If yes Then I think it hardware problem... You need to take it to hardware specialist to check the screen.
