Hi all, am having problem with my Wiko 6688 Game changer. It refuses to wake when It sleeps. Also,it automatically sleeps when receiving or making calls. The power button can't wake it.I will have to pull the battery and switch it on again. The power button works well cos I used it to power it on/off. I have tried some app from Google play store, it only sleeps ,can't wake it up. Pls help!

Are you using a screen guard or protector on the phone?

I did factory data reset to no avail. I also wipe the cache. the problem persist. I don't use any screen guard. But I have a broken screen that didn't affect the functionality of the screen. As I am typing with it now.

are you sure the cracked part of screen isnt blocking the sensors?
check the part of the screen overlapping the sensors. i think you should consider fixing the broken screen just to be sure
