Hi!
My cell phone is a BLU VIVO 5R.

There are two errors in MTK Droid Tools 3.5.2:

First
- --- ERROR: --- TotalBytesPerChunk Not Found. Set default Page / Spare = 2048/64 !!!

Second
--- Unknown ROM structure, backup NOT possible!

With that I can not do anything !!!
When I upgraded the ROM in Flash Tool, I selected "Format All + Download" because the ROM asked, after which my IMEI went out!

When I try to do root, another error occurs (Attached screen too).

MTK Droid tools won't work on your phone because its Marshmallow.
I believe your phone is a Mediatek phone. If i'm correct then check your Baseband to be sure its valid (not unknown). If you have a valid Baseband then head over to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html ; consider the GSM Alladin , SN Writer and Maui Meta methods

My Baseband is valid!
I considered all the methods, but only the GSM Alladin will serve since others need root, which I can not do.
I installed GSM Alladin and VCOM drivers, exactly as you teach them in the tutorials, but unfortunately it does not find the phone port (as shown in the attached image).

How does my cell phone need to be? Inside Android normally, in recovery mode ...?

Of the three methods the only one that does not need root is the GSM Alladin. It was through him that I was able to recover the IMEI, thank you!

But after many attempts I forgot to check the "Android" and "New" options.
Is there any issue becuse of that?

First, thank you for helping me!

I created the .bin and scatter files using GSM ALADDIN (in MediaTek / Common / ReadFlash, checking the "Save as Scatter file" option), can these be?

"Save as Scatter file" So that you can flash the twrp using Sp flash tool

"Save as Scatter file" So that you can flash the twrp using Sp flash tool

I have the recovery.img file and the scatter I used when reinstalling android on my phone, okay?
Because the recovery.bin and scatter file I created in CSM Aladdin gave an error (attached) when I used them in the sp flash tool.

I'm trying to attach the recovery.img file (recovery.zip 10.296KB) in this post but 4,096 KB are allowed, so I divided the file into .zip, z01, z02, etc. parts. But since it is not allowed to post .z01 files, I renamed it as recoveryz01.zip, so you need to rename it by deleting the .zip and putting the point before "z" (recovery.z01), right?
