Please I want to know if it possible to recover file on the internal memory of tab which refuses to come on it only come up and stop at the logo poc

I don't Think so But the one I know needs your Device to be rooted and USB debug should be able on the device...And how can you root , and even Enable USB debug on your Bricked Device...

Bro I will advise you to Flash your Device to come back to life.

If you can dump / backup the userdata partition , maybe you can extract data/data
