1.if i open menu.bat as administrator then try to unpack boot-sign.img using fb unpack nothing happens and still asking for please choose command. I tried many  times but nothing happens.
2nd. If i opened menu.bat by simply clicking and try to unpack sign img it give me error
E: File boot-sign.img is not fb

Did you get any error when unpacking the image using carliv image kitchen?

thanks for reply and sorry for not mentioning about spec.
this is spd9832 phone with Android 7 and I forget that this tool is only for mtk chipset with signed img.
i tried with Carlive too but failed

this tool works with -sign images from SPD too
create a new thread for your device issue just as @innagee mentioned

this is what i get when I try to convert my system-sign.img. Will the output work? Coz I cannot unpack it after that in fbwintools atleast

you can't, seeing as you neither have the key / cert files and tools used by your device oem to sign the files
