That's an error communicating with your device.

1. Attach the scatter file here for me to take a look
2. Hope you're not pressing any button when connecting to PC for SP flash tool flashing (refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html )
3. Uninstall all Mediatek drivers then reinstall VCOM drivers. Also, try another PC
4. Try flashing only recovery, untick the rest and let me know how that goes
5. How were you trying to update? OTA or via a flashing software and which?

Hmm. Just to be sure, you tried another PC and got this same error?
Have you tried downloading a different firmware?

It seems you're going to have to force-flash
Is the battery removable?
BTW, can you get access to a working phone of the same model?

Try backup the working phone in scatter format using Miracle Box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
let me know how that goes.
In the meantime, take out the battery and try flashing without battery (you could try holding volume down button )

I backed up the same model with miracles box, when I try to write it, it show " 8th Boot(MT65xx & MT67xx/8127),the
Boot not support the Phone, or CPU Bad.
Select other Boot"
